One physical product from the categories listed for that box. The exact item stays a surprise until your box is delivered.

Is every gift worth more than I paid?

Not necessarily. You pay a fixed price for a curated surprise. We don't promise a retail value above the box price.

Can I see my gift before it arrives?

No. Your account shows your box, payment status and tracking. The gift is revealed once the package is delivered.

Can I return a mystery box?

Damaged or incorrect items can be returned under our refund policy. Please contact support within 7 days of delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are dispatched within 2 business days and delivered in 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
